The Open Roads Team
The developer is listed as Open Roads Team, but was originally Fullbright. In May 2023 it was reported the development team split from Fullbright co-founder Steve Gaynor. This was almost two years after Gaynor announced in August 2021 to step down as Lead on the title following complaints about his leadership and treatment of women. He stayed on as a writer. Polygon reported it led to the departure of 15 employees since work on Open Roads started in 2019, ten of which were women. In the in-game credits copyright is still attributed to Arbor Hill Productions, LLC, Fullbright's legal name.
