Giunti Multimedia was a branch of Giunti Editore, one of the most important publishing house in Italy. This company was responsible for all the multimedia products of the editor. In 2002, Giunti Multimedia and Giunti Ricerca fused in Giunti Labs. In 2010, Giunti Labs gets rebranded as eXact learning solutions. In 2013, eXact learning solutions gets acquired by Lattanzio Group
