It's Skyrim. Story is decent and exploration is fun but opts for the "Region = Specific Story" type of design. Riften is the thief story, Winterhold is the mage story, etc. - makes the world feel segmented in a artificial way. Combat feels dull most of the time but the game gives you tremendous variety in items/weapons that make up the difference. However, switching between the weapons and navigating the menus is god-awful. Go download a mod to get better menus.
